Review & Description

The QL 1000 series is specially designed for digital photography and video. The quartz halogen bulbs deliver powerful light, and the variable head allows for a large range of adjustment to give you complete control of the light. The light heads are fan cooled, which act as an overheat protection. The fan automatically turns on when the temperature reaches over 200 degrees F, protecting the fuse, the bulb, and the rest of the light's internal systems. This kit is perfect for lighting your green or blue screen for digital special effects. The softboxes help diffuse the light and eliminate harsh shadows, thus creating a flattering soft light. The included boom stand can be used for a backlight or hair light to add definition to your subject. This kit comes complete with a padded carrying case so you can transport it easily between locations.
