The 2400 Watt softbox video lighting kit comes With three softboxes, three light stands, and twelve CFL bulbs, this kit provides a great three point lighting solution. Each AC socket holds 4 bulbs and allows for bulbs to be turned on and off in sets of two. These high-output daylight balanced compact fluorescent bulbs are ideally suited for digital photography. They also have very low heat so they don't get hot like the more common photo bulb choices. 45 watt fluorescent light bulb = 200 watt Incandescent light bulbs, color temperature 5000K, total output is 2400 Watt.
